Payment & Confirmation
FJWU will display the list of eligible candidates on July 1st, 2025, on its official web page. These students must:
- Deposit the fee in the First Women Bank, FJWU Branch between July 1st to July 3rd, 2025.
- Submit a copy of the original bank challan to the Admission Office on the same day the payment is made.
Failure to submit the fee within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the registration.
Enrollment Conditions
A course must have at least 10 enrolled students to operate. If a course fails to meet this minimum, it will be cancelled, and affected applicants will be informed by the Admission Office.
In such cases, students can request a full refund of the course fee, but only under these terms:
- The deadline for submitting a written application for refund is July 11, 2025.
- Please provide a copy of the CNIC and the original paid fee challan.
- Submit to the Admission Office (in-person)
No refund applications will be accepted after the deadline, and refunds are not allowed for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, timetable conflicts, etc.).
Guidelines for External Students
Students from other institutions are welcome to apply, provided they follow all FJWU policies. They must also ensure:
- Their current university allows credit transfer or external coursework.
- The course schedules are not in conflict with any academic obligations.
- They provide valid documentation, such as transcripts or enrollment certificates.
